*How does pricing work?

Billions uses a hybrid pricing model that combines a monthly platform and sales support fee with a performance-based revenue share on deals closed by our sales team.

This structure allows companies to scale their sales efforts without committing to the fixed costs associated with hiring and managing an internal sales team. The monthly fee supports the infrastructure, onboarding, and management of the sales program, while the performance fee ensures our incentives remain directly aligned with generating revenue for your business.

Performance fees vary by tier:

  • Tier 1 – Inbound: $0 per month + 10% of closed revenue

  • Tier 2 – Growth: $1,500 per month + 10% of closed revenue

  • Tier 3 – Scale: $3,500 per month + 8% of closed revenue

  • Tier 4 – Enterprise: $7,500 per month + 6% of closed revenue

As companies move into higher tiers with greater monthly investment and sales resources, the performance fee decreases.

Do you guarantee outbound sales activity?

Yes. For tiers with a monthly fee, Billions guarantees a minimum level of outbound sales activity each month once your program is fully launched.

The first month is focused on onboarding. During this time, we set up your offering in our CRM, review & optimize sales materials, train Account Executives on your product or service, and define target customer profiles. Outbound activity begins once this setup is complete, with efforts gradually scaled to meet the following tier-specific weighted pipeline targets by month 4:

  • $100K for Growth

  • $300K for Scale

  • $750K for Enterprise

In the fourth month and onwards, if Billions does not meet the minimum tier-specific weighted pipeline target in a given month, the monthly fee for that period will not be charged. While we cannot guarantee closed deals or revenue due to factors like product-market fit, pricing, timing, and the buying cycle, this commitment ensures your company receives a consistent and measurable path toward building a scalable sales pipeline.

Can we change pricing tiers as our needs evolve?

Yes. Many companies begin with one tier and transition to another as their sales strategy grows. For example, a company that initially uses Billions to manage inbound opportunities may later upgrade to a tier that includes outbound prospecting and broader market expansion. Our goal is to provide flexible access to sales capacity that can grow alongside your business.

How quickly can we get started?

Most companies can begin working with Billions within one to two weeks. The timeline primarily depends on how quickly we receive the information and materials needed to represent your offering effectively. Once your listing and sales materials are reviewed and approved, Account Executives can typically be assigned within a few days, allowing outreach and sales conversations to begin quickly.

What materials do we need to provide?

To successfully represent your product or service, our team requires a clear understanding of your offering and target customers. Companies typically provide materials such as product descriptions, pricing information, presentations, case studies, contract templates, and any existing marketing or technical documentation. During onboarding, we review and organize these materials to ensure Account Executives are fully prepared to communicate your value proposition and answer common customer questions.

How quickly are Account Executives assigned?

Once your listing is approved, Account Executives can be assigned quickly, often within a day.

Do we manage the sales professionals ourselves?

No. Billions manages the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of the Account Executives representing your offering. Our team ensures that sales professionals follow a structured sales process and represent your company professionally in all customer interactions. This allows you to benefit from a distributed sales team without needing to build internal management structures or hire additional staff.

What level of involvement is required from our team?

We manage prospecting, outreach, and pipeline tracking. Your team remains focused on fulfillment, and will be involved at key points such as product training, capabilities presentations, and contract negotiation.

What happens after a deal closes?

Our team continues to support the relationship beyond the initial sale. Depending on the nature of your offering, Account Executives can assist with renewals, ongoing account communication, and identifying expansion opportunities. This continuity helps ensure a strong customer experience while allowing your internal team to remain focused on delivering your product or service.
